In partnership with UMR, a United Healthcare Company, Berger Health System provides affordable, convenient and comprehensive access to medical and prescription coverage. Berger’s comprehensive medical coverage provides employees with the most robust and comprehensive levels of coverage by using a Berger Health System provider and facility. To supplement our own network, United Healthcare providers are covered at a preferred rate.

How much will be deducted from my paycheck for benefits?

Listed below are the premium amounts that will be deducted from your pay on a pre-tax basis. If you have any questions regarding benefits payroll deductions, please contact your Human Resources representative.

*Spouses that have access to health insurance, but chose to be enrolled in Berger Health System’s Group Health Plan will be assessed a $50 per pay surcharge, automatically deducted from the employee’s paycheck.
